The advanced pinpoint technology for wireless, nanosecond-accurate time synchronization in the UWB metering network provides the building operator with a simple infrastructure: no additional network connections or servers are required for processing, and installation is simply plug and play.

State-of-the-art fusion and filtering algorithms are applied in the terminal device to achieve positioning accuracy of up to 30 cm. This accuracy allows previously impossible micro location services, such as position-based access control and ticketing and POI (point-of-interest) accurate indoor navigation.
